I've been running 4.0.16 for sometime now, and suddenly my access log
rollover is not working properly. My rollover is set as follows:

<access-log path="log/access.log"
                format='%h %l %u %t "%r" %s %b "%{Referer}i"
"%{User-Agent}i"'
                rollover-period="1D"
                rollover-size="-1"
                rollover-count="14"
                archive-format="access.log.%Y%m%d.gz"/>

As you can see below, it was rolling over fine, then on 5/5/11 failed to
rollover until today at 7:23. This is very strange.
