Summary:-
The Product Specialist is the expert for the technical modification of
Juvenile Information Management System (JIMS). These modifications will
support the Govenor's Phoenix Gang Intervention.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:-
* Years of Relevant Experience: 2 - 5 years
* Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
DESCRIPTION:-
Project Lead and Primary Developer for Modifications to JIMS to support the
Governor's Phoenix Gang Intervention and Prevention Initatives. The Product
Specialist is the expert for the technical modification of Juvenile
Information Management System (JIMS). These modifications need to be
accomplished in such a way as to support the requirements of the Phoenix
Initiatives while minimizing the application modifications that need to be
done. The development all new applications / interfaces will be in
ASP.NET/VB.NET on Framework 3.5. All reports will be developed in Crystal
Reports 11. The backend database is MS SQL Server 2005.
This requirement equates to phase 1 and 2 of the overall Resident Movement
System Upgrade Project. Phase 3 and 4 are covered by requirement 180886 in
FY10.
REQUIRED SKILLS:-
· MS SQL Server 2005 Environment - 5 yrs
· VB.Net Framework - 5 yrs
· Microsoft AJAX Framework - 2 yrs
· HTML - 5 yrs
· Javascript - 5 yrs
· Visual Studio 2005 Development Environment
· Crystal reports 9 or above
· Visual Basic 6 - 5 yrs
· MS Access 97 or above /VBA


Position 2:-
Position:- SAP Parallel Testing with Payroll
Location:- Jacksonville, FL
Duration:- 6 Months
Must Have:-
* Must have over 7+ years doing this work..  senior people only !!!!!!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:-
.           Create/execute test cases of varying complexity which includes
the analysis of document deliverables.
.           Participate in test case reviews for other team members to
ensure adherence to standards and ensures test case completeness.
.           Prioritize one's own work in accordance with management
guidelines.
.           Participate actively in Test Automation activities where
applicable, including the creation and execution.
.           Analyze data for feature and regression testing, selecting
regression suites for major releases, selecting appropriate testing
environment and platform for
             relevant regression testing.
.           Perform data selection/setup and creation to ensure timely and
adequate testing of features.
.           Monitor production issues to determine future testing
requirements that may result in changes to existing test cases (depending on
the business unit location).
.           Analyze a problem to assess whether code, environment, or data
is the root cause.
.           Provide detailed issues documentation and test cases to satisfy
requirements for proof of testing, as applicable.
.           Create status reports during testing cycles that contain clear
and concise information, indicating any areas that may be in jeopardy.
.           Communicate with the Development Team on enhancements and
support on fixes.
.           Support the various Development Teams including System
Engineers, Programmers, and Technical Writers throughout the life cycle of
             enhancements/releases.
.           Identify the severity of issues and escalate jeopardy items to
appropriate personnel.
.           Research and implement new testing tools that benefit the team
(depending on the business unit location).
.           Attend all applicable requirement and design meetings as well as
facilitating test case reviews and ensuring applicable sign off.
.           Provide proof of testing to demonstrate that functionality has
been tested according to requirements.
.           Serves as an information resource to other team members.
.           Conceive and implement process improvements for the testing
team.
.           Listen to client concerns about test case results or comparison
of test cases compared to requirements.
.           Plan and organize all tasks associated with feature and
regression testing from requirements phases through delivery to the client.
.           Create accurate and comprehensive testing estimates.
.           Develop and execute test plans and strategies, ensuring quality
deliverables are produced within established time tables.
.           Responsible for executing test cases, analyzing and documenting
test output and managing resulting defects through re-testing cycles.
.           Manage migration of software into testing environments and
manage versions of software, if applicable.
.           Manage testing defects and coordinate resolution with
development.
.           Participate in review and approval of requirements.
.           Analyze requirements and design to understand how the
enhancement works and to gain a clear understanding of system interfaces as
necessary to develop
             testing strategy and test cases.
.           Work with client during testing, as applicable.
Required Skills/Experience:-
.           Knowledge & Experience in SAP Payroll (PY) Parallel Testing,
preferably in a global implementation project
.           Very good analytical skills and comparison techniques for PY
Data especially in a parallel testing environment
.           Excellent team working, interpersonal and communication skills
.           Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment without
compromising on quality &
             compliance
.           Good communication skills, both oral and written
.           Must be detail-oriented with solid project management skills
.           Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and
professionally with internal and external associates
.           Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team.
.           Knowledge & Experience in SAP Payroll (PY) Parallel Testing,
preferably in a global implementation project
.           Excellent team working, interpersonal and communication skills
.           Ability to work under tight schedules without compromising on
quality & compliance
Pluses:-
.           Its essential all of them have the must Have Skills :-
Functional Knowledge of running of all aspects of SAP Payroll (including
off-cycles) and previous experience in and ability to analyze actual results
against legacy results


Position 3:-
Position:- .Net Programmer
Location:- NY
Duration:- 6 Months
Rate:- $50
Skills:-
* Need for .NET 3/3.5 for WINDOWS applications, not web based.
* Need strong Windows apps though and very strong 3.0 and 3.5.
* Must have workflow experience.
* Very good comm skills.
