POSITION :Peoplesoft Tester LOCATION :New York LENGTH :6+ Months Contract Required Qualifications: Possess a thorough understanding of development and testing methodologies Experience with Peopletools, upgrade/patch testing, ERP Technical Architecture, and blackbox testing 3+ years experience creating testing deliverables that include Test Strategies, Cases and Scripts Strong analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. analysis, recreation and documenting the impact on the system overall) 3+ years experience testing PeopleSoft 8.x configuration, new functionality, patches, fixes and upgrades Thorough knowledge performing data analysis using PeopleTools (SQR and SQL) Functional knowledge of HR Benefits and payroll administration processes 3+ years experience testing legacy systems and 3rd party vendor interfaces 3+yrs experience using Rational Suite (Rational Functional Tester, Test Manager, Req Pro, Clear Case and Clear Quest) Preferred Qualifications: Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementations Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment. Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required Experience working within a matrix environment.
