JOB TITLE : QA Analyst LOCATION :Cleveland, OH CONTRACT : 3 Month Contract Rate:$22/hr C2C Job Description: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in an information technology, or related discipline, which could include Computer Science, Information Systems (IS) or Management Information Systems (MIS). In lieu of a degree, at least 4 years in a professional IT-related and/or business-related role. Working Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of related work experience with software quality assurance and testing of applications with significant size, scope and complexity (i.e. Sales, Servicing, Finance, Billing Applications, etc.) is required. Solid technical aptitude and proven analytical skills required. Demonstrates the ability to understand technical requirements, concepts and procedures. Demonstrated application of industry-standards, methodology, and terminology relating to software quality assurance. Experience using software packages or tools for processing and/or extracting data. Demonstrated ability at advanced troubleshooting and problem solving issues and able to pay close attention to details. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) within team environment and external contacts.
