Must combine multiple data sources and payroll cycles. Technical knowledge of HR/Payroll, Benefits, and Financial management required Develop field mappings and Custom Reports where necessary. Serve as the liaison between business users, IT and system support. Provide subject matter expertise of the PeopleSoft HCM application. Lead and conduct requirements analysis and system design.
