Position : Oracle DBA Location:Raleigh, NC Duration:12 Months Contract Job Description: Required: Demonstrable skills with Cúram Software and database schema and Oracle database software including Oracle Database Server 10G/11G, Oracle Real Application Servers (RAC) and Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) on AIX. Ability to install, configure, patch, monitor, tune, backup and restore Oracle database servers. Ability to author code in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix/Linux. Proficiency in one or more shell scripting languages. Experience in a Cúram software development environment Considerable Oracle skills Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships Ability to cooperatively work on a team, plan and coordinate the work of others. Communicate effectively both orally and written Preferred: Skills with Oracle Data Guard, advanced security and SQL replication IT technical certifications.
