Job Title     :  SSRS Developer
Location     :  Maryland
Duration     :  6 to 12 months contract to hire -- Only Citizens*

Must Haves:
3 + years of overall reports development experience
SSRS  (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services)
SQL Server 2008/2012
Experience in designing and developing SQL reports (Crystal Reports-must
have experience in the last 5 years)
SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Integration services
No contract jumping
SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

SSAS (SQL Server Analytics Services)
SharePoint knowledge (and workflow)
Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies e.g. .NET based applications,
PowerPivot, Excel Services, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SharePoint, IIS, etc.

They will be doing an upgrade from Crystal Reports/Access Reports to SSRS
Reporting Services. They need to understand that they will not start out
doing SSRS reporting because they need to upgrade to that first. Other
responsibilities will include creating reports using SQL Server Reporting
Services that will help the management teams assess market conditions,
identifying profitable opportunities, and measuring the performance of
their respective business areas. They will identify data quality problems
and their root cause and well as propose fixes and create data audits to
ensure the problems are resolved. Lastly, they will be playing a key role
in defining reporting standards and metrics.
