*The Consultant shall have proven demonstrated experience of the
following:6 + years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
implementation experience5 + years of PeopleSoft HCM T&L and Payroll
hands-on experience2 + years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
implementations, specifically with T&L, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and
Manager Self-Service (MSS) as they relate to time reporting and Payroll and
one or more of the following modules:Core Human Resources (HR)Talent
Acquisition ManagerBenefits Administration5 + years of Production support
experience with T&L, ESS, and MSS as they relate to time reporting and
PayrollStrong understanding of business requirements, processes, and
implementation approaches for T&L, ESS, and MSS as they relate to time
reporting and PayrollStrong writing skills and the ability to create
functional specifications, design documents, training materials, test
scripts, etc.Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis,
documenting design, test planning and execution, test script development
and execution, training strategy and development of training materials, and
overall implementation planningProven ability to evaluate configuration
options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionalityAbility to understand
and adhere to HRT documentation standards, file design, and
storageExcellent issue resolution (problem diagnosis) and analytical and
troubleshooting skillsLeadership abilities in the development of functional
skills in others through active knowledge sharingTechnical proficiency with
SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting, developing user
reports, and testing/validating source system dataAbility to QA test
