Consultant, IT Applications Development (J2EE Tech Dev Lead) – They are
looking for profiles with strong leadership skills. Lead a team and mentor
them technically

Looking for an enthusiastic candidate with strong technology skills to
ensure the overall integrity and consistency of the technical solution
through design, development and implementation



The Technical Lead is the key player on a project team that drives
technical direction and decisions for a project.   This role will be
responsible for designing the technical solution and environment for a
project and ensures the solution is aligned with architectural decisions
and direction. Practitioners of the IT Technology Lead primarily focus on
providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to
business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing
software applications inculding Vendor package.  Associates are expected to
apply  technical proficiency across different stages of the Software
Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application
Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in
creating the high level design artifacts.

Provides technical consulting on complex projects.  Contributes to the
development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business
solutions. Provides technical expertise in the design of integrating third
party packages with exsiting application or new software develop during the
life cycle of the program. Ensures that all technical requirements are
implemented accurately



*Job Duties & Responsibilities:     *

·         Ensures alignment with Enterprise Architecture policies, best
practices, and methodologies

·         Supports efforts to define the conceptual architecture

·         Works with the IT support team to define solution deployment
support and activities

·         Provide estimates for components assigned and particpate in other
estimation sessions.

·         Updates the Solution Architecture and System Design Context
deliverables

·         Researches and documents existing technology environment

·         Responsible for the technical governance for the project and acts
as the primary escalation point on technical issues

·         Provides input into RFP’s and Statements of Work; manages the
relationship with 3rd party vendors, and is responsible for technical
acceptance of vendor solutions

·         Supports and uses application development methodology and
tools

·         Ensures alignment with Enterprise Architecture policies, best
practices, and methodologies

·         Actively participate in all required project meetings such as
requirements review.

·         Contributes to, reviews and approves the Master Test
Strategy



*Required Skills:*

·         Web Development - Highly Desierd

·         .NET and Java , MS SQL database, SOA - Required

·         External Facing Points - PCI - level (Credit Card), credit
reporting bureau - Highly desired

·         Experience integrating vendor products in a Enterprise Level IT
organization - Required

·         Websphere Application Server , Unix/Linux - Highly desired

Experience with SSO - LDAP/ClearTrust /Tivoli ; TCP/IP POP3 - Nice to have
