*Role Duties and Responsibilities include:Identifying all items to be
planned, scheduled, and manage to run successful releases to staging and
production environments, while providing coordination directly or in
collaboration with other roles and teams involved in the release.Working
with Project and Product Management teams to ensure that requirements are
clear.Impacts to other projects and products communicated and managed
appropriately.Working with Development and Development Operations to ensure
that all and only appropriate code change sets are merged into the release
candidate branches.Working with Project and Test teams to ensure that all
Testing is correctly specified and completed.Deploying candidate packages
to appropriate Test Beds for verification/certification.Working with
Development Operations to improve Test Deployment processes.Test Teams
timely sign-off on the candidate release package.Ensuring that the
certified Release Package is correctly created and staged for
release.Ensuring that the Change Management process is correctly and timely
executed, including notifications.Typically will handle at least 3 releases
- Production Hot fixes, UAT and System/Integration Test releases*

*Desired Experiences and Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience
developing enterprise-class back-end applications using .Net C# alongside
with industry database tools;Hybrid between a Configuration manager and
developer, with high level of understanding on how to manage branching and
merging;Needs to understand the layout of various environments and what
release point to each environment;Needs to understand the in taking of
requirements from PM (and Business users) for release packaging for the
above 3 release types;Needs to work with Developers to branch and merge the
code to package a releaseNeeds to have experience with Team Foundation
Server, Visual Studio, Windows Server Environment and Windows Communication
Foundation;Needs to be very organized and great with communications to work
with various developers, PMs and potentially users;Must have strong
knowledge of Waterfall development cycle, but also keen to be working on an
Agile Scrum-enabled project environment;Experience in Database related
development usingMS-SQL ServerDB2InformixExcellent communication skills.*
