<li>4-6+ years hands-on, web-based software development experience</li> <li>4+ 
years professional experience with Java </li> <li>Experience with Java, J2EE

CSS, HTML, AJAX, eclipse, Tomcat, JavaScript and knowledgeable with the Windows
