Skills <br></p> <p>•    Proficiency in Business case development <br></p> <p>•  
  Proficiency in obtaining Requirements, Requirements Organization, and 
Requirements Analysis     Translating, Simplifying  and transforming 
requirements into Systems design     Requirements Management and Communication
