project.  The candidate will gain an understanding of business functions, 
processing, challenges and opportunities to be effective in this role.  The 
successful candidate is expected to facilitate collaboration to elicit, analyze 
and document requirements for cross functional solutions and work with project 
teams to develop scenarios for testing.  The successful candidate will possess 
effective written and verbal communication skills and will collaborate with the 
leadership to ensure solution and project team are aligned to meet business 
objectives.  </p> <p> - Ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and work with 
little or no supervision and complete tasks within the defined project 
constraints<br> - Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects<br> -
