management, verbal &amp; written communication, and organizational skills. Key 
requirements for this position:<br>•    Organize meetings, provide agendas and 
complete minutes<br>•    Update project schedules, •    Inform necessary 
parties of deadlines, •    Write work flow procedures, •    Train new project 
staff on project processes, (document location, product information, etc.) •    
Maintain sharepoint site (project document repository)<br>•    Prepare and 
deliver communications and communication material •    Communicate with project 
members to ensure they're aware of any new developments in a project's 
status<br>•    Ensure all necessary parties are aware of project deadlines<br>• 
   Serve as the assistant to the ERP project managers, working closely with
