Analyst 3 shall provide support and patch management services for the EAGLE 
application (On-Line and In-House systems) to ensure continuous uninterrupted 
operations during an<br>existing position vacancy. Provide expert knowledge and 
application programming/development for existing agency application written in 
the J2EE/JAVA environment.  </p> <p></p>
<ol> <li>Support existing agency on-line applications, to include 
programming/development for multiple browser platforms and support. </li> 
<li>Evaluate, analyze, and modify complex application programs. Code, test, 
debug, and maintain applications.  </li> <li>Develop and maintain application 
system documentation. </li> <li>Follow the established processes, policies, 
standards and procedures to assure compliance with state and regulatory 
policies and standards. </li> <li>Weekend patch management support is required 
with the ability to plan and make high level decisions based on expertise and 
experience. Ability to communicate (oral and written) technical concepts and 
application procedures to non-technical users.<br> </li> </ol>

<ul> <li> <strong></strong>Degree or certification in Information Systems or 
Computer Science (or a related field of study) or equivalent experience.  </li> 
<li>Broad experience using J2EE/JAVA. </li> <li> Significant skill and 
experience with embedded and interactive SQL data manipulation language. </li> 
<li> Experience with Unix/Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.  </li> 
<li>Experience and working knowledge of systems analysis and design processes, 
database management, and information management.  </li> <li>Experience in 
providing guidance to programmers or other technical staff.</li> </ul>
