design, issue resolution.  Aid in the analysis/requirements gathering, design, 
configuration, implementation/testing, and support of SharePoint solutions.  
Develop a product vision regularly through detailed, written product 
requirements, roadmap documents and presentations. Identify new 
product/platform capabilities as they become available.  Identify future 
opportunities to leverage integration between platforms and business units.  
Ability to configure SharePoint in order to meet process, functional and 
security needs of the business.<br>Custom solution development using either 
SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio utilizing JavaScript, JQuery and CSS/HTML. 
Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around 
Content Management, user Adoption, Governance and Change Management. Design and 
develop apps for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies, 
such as CSOM, JavaScript. Maintain, improve, integrate, and develop SharePoint 
solutions, including internal and external Web sites. Plan, lead, and execute 
SharePoint 2010/2016 and Web development tasks. Support the development of 
technical solution documentation and training.  Demonstrate both technical and 
functional Search expertise; understand the importance of meta-data driven 
search.</p> <p>Assist in the design and development of processes to extract 
data from existing databases and merge with new additional data to load into 
large data platforms. Make stored data available in a timely and efficient 
manner. Assist in creation of decision support visualizations. Assist in the 
amelioration of data quality issues. Assist in the design, development, 
testing, and validation of statistical, mathematical, and simulation models.  
Experience creating and maintaining Oracle and MS SQL Server Databases.  
Experience utilizing Business Intelligence reporting capabilities at an
