purpose of this developer position is to augment the existing development team 
working to improve Treasury’s Funds Management System.  This position will 
assist in development of that system using Microsoft .NET.  The developer also 
must have experience working with data conversion of multiple data formats, web 
application development, console applications, MVC, Entity Framework and C#.  
This developer candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a 
small development team.</p> <p></p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience developing 
enterprise level applications, server services, web services, and graphical 
user interfaces.</li> <li>Extensive experience with the following languages: 
C#, VB.NET, SQL</li> <li>Experience with the following web development 
frameworks: Web forms, MVC, Entity Framework, JQuery</li> <li>Experience 
creating applications that interface with Microsoft SQL Server including the 
creation and modification of complex SQL stored procedures and queries.</li> 
<li>Experience creating applications that utilize network protocols including 
TCP, HTTP/S, FTP/S.</li> <li>Ability to gather, document requirements using 
standard templates.</li> <li>Experience with design and diagramming tools such 
as Microsoft Visio.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow 
written requirements and drawings in the creation of usable application source 
code.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal 
instructions.</li> <li>Will work as part of a development team under the 
direction of a lead developer.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to gather 
requirements, analyze data, and identify/define business rules. </li> 
<li>Demonstrated experience with version control and continuous integration 
tools. </li> <li>Demonstrated experience writing and history maintaining system 
documentation.</li> <li>Considerable experience with the software development 
life cycle including waterfall, agile and other methodologies.</li> </ul>
