design pattern, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, servlet, XML</li> <li>5+ years 
development experience in struts, spring, ORM tool like hibernate, JPA and 
integration of these technologies</li> <li>5+ years development experience in 
Oracle SQL, PL/SQL</li> <li>2+ years experience defining URL diagrams</li> 
<li>4+ years experience understanding data model</li> <li>2+ years experience 
writing and scheduling automated scripts</li> <li>Knowledge and experience with 
working with application server like WebLogic</li> <li>Knowledge and experience 
creating common classes highly desired</li> <li>Should be able to translate 
requirement and ER diagram to technical design and code</li> <li>Should be
