is responsible for leading the development and customization of applications. 
The Mainframe Developer III may be called upon to function as a team lead and 
may have ongoing supervisory responsibilities. </p> <p>  </p> <p>The Mainframe 
Developer III typically reports to a systems development manager within the 
information systems department. </p> <p>  </p> <p>1) Thorough understanding of 
systems programming 2) Ability to design, code, test, and debug 3) Ability to 
take direction 4) Mainframe programming proficiency See "Additional

</p> <p>7+ years experience in the IT field, with at least five years in a 
programming capacity; 1) expert in the design, coding, testing, debugging, and 
implementation phases of the application systems development process </p> <p>

environment </li> <li>Software application development using COBOL (primary

Management experience for business applications </li> <li>Proven positive
