Face</strong> </p> <p> </p> <p>The Quality Assurance and Support Analyst
performs various duties in all stages of SDLC related to maintaining the
quality and consistency of products used by customers as well as preparing and
maintaining necessary documentation. </p> <p>The qualified candidate is
responsible for analyzing and evaluating functional and technical requirements
to determine the scope of the functionality to be covered by testing. The
candidate will work on applications while responsible for designing and
executing tests, reporting and tracking defects, responding to inquiries,
supporting UAT and other tasks pertaining to the QA team. The candidate will
also analyze test results, leverage troubleshooting skills to assist with
defining root cause, and perform re-testing after defects are addressed. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br></p> <p>• Perform testing on Custom
inhouse applications including Mobile Applications and on Oracle E-Business
Suite Systems </p> <p>• Analyze functional specifications to identify the scope
of testing </p> <p>• Design and execute functional requirements based test
cases in QA and UAT environments </p> <p>• Execute test cases manually to
validate complex system requirements </p> <p>• Generate test data as required
</p> <p>• Work on multiple levels of SDLC and STLC </p> <p>• Work in fast paced
Agile environment </p> <p>• Work closely with business and IT teams </p> <p>•
Perform Database Testing using SQL </p> <p>• Use tools such as SQL Developer,
UFT, JIRA and Putty </p> <p>• Adhere to processes to ensure the highest level
of quality assurance possible </p> <p>• Perform other assignments as required
by Manager </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br></p> <p>• A minimum of a
Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or related field </p> <p>• 6+
years of Quality Assurance experience is required </p> <p>• Good exposure of
Mobile Application testing applications on different Mobile Application
Platforms, such as iOS and Android is required </p> <p>• Strong experience in
database testing and writing complex SQL queries is required </p> <p>•
Developing automation test scripts for mobile application is preferred </p>
<p>• Knowledge on Oracle e-Business Suite R12 is a Plus </p> <p>• Ability to
understand financial and Operational modules, business processes, and
underlying table structures in relation to ERP is a plus </p> <p>• Experience
working in Agile Environment is required </p> <p>• Ability to translate
business requirements into test cases is required </p> <p>• Knowledge of bug
tracking software, preferably JIRA is required </p> <p>• Extensive knowledge in
building detailed test cases and RTMs is required </p> <p>• knowledge of
automation testing using UFT is a plus </p> <p>• Ability to work independently
