<p><strong>In-Person interview</strong></p>
<p>The DADPEE seeks software support and project management assistance for the 
implementation of the AMANDA permitting and licensing project. The support part 
of the job will require the resource to answers support calls from the system 
users and troubleshoot basic issue with the software.  Assist users with basic 
questions and escalate other application issues to a technical team.  The 
resource will need to have a basic understanding/knowledge of SQL in order to 
the ability to run specialized queries for reports.  The project management 
side consists of matching data from the legacy system to the new system and 
managing efforts to enter the data into the new system.</p>
<p><strong>Required 3+ Years Experience</strong><br></p>
<ul> <li>Ability to provide customer support via phone calls</li> <li>Manage 
Data Conversion effort from legacy system to new system</li> <li>Interact with 
all stakeholders with professionalism</li> <li>Maintain a degree of 
self-management</li> <li>Basic knowledge and understanding SQL</li> </ul>
