Role : Genesys developer/ Voice Engineering Location : Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 12+ Months Client : TCS(WWW.TCS.COM) Mandatory Technical Skills:- 7+ years of Voice Engineering, telephony experience Advanced skills with Genesys 8.x platform architecture Knowledge of SIP media gateways and Session Boarder Controllers (Cisco, Acme, SONUS etc).
