<p>Position: Manual QA Tester</p> <p>Location: Elyria, OH</p> <p><strong>MUST 
F2F interview – locals only</strong></p> <p>Duration: 3 years</p> <p> </p> 
<p>The QA analyst works with many levels of staff to lead testing efforts based 
on industry (PMI) best practices, works as the single point of contact for 
facilitation and communication of test script, cases, execution and reporting 
deliverables. Various levels of documentation will be produced at each stage of 
the testing process and provided within the project to the manager.  </p> 
<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Responsible to 
thoroughly understand and analyze process flow documentation and testable 
requirements to author necessary test scripts/cases.</li> <li>Coordinate 
testing efforts with the SME for manual QA test execution.</li> <li>Coordinate 
and facilitate delivery of project testing objectives</li> <li>Ability to 
execute a manual testing process</li> <li>Prepare testing reports and 
documentation</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, occasionally 
overnight</li> <li> Ability to work overtime</li> <li>Other duties assigned at 
the discretion of management.</li> </ul> <p> <b>Essential Skills and 
Abilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong test case writing skills</li> <li>Strong 
verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Problem solving skills</li> 
<li>Ability to work with deadline pressures</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> 
<li>Team focused with ability to refocus to individual</li> <li>Computer Skills 
and a strong familiarity with Microsoft Office software</li> </ul>
