position is responsible for providing solutions to improve processes, or solve 
complex technical issues. Strong skills are required on Windows Servers, 
VMWare. A key role in ensuring new technologies are selected and implemented in 
a timely manner.</p> <p> <strong>JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND 
RESPONSIBILITIES):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support / 
administration for a Windows, VMWare, and Linux environment</li> <li>Determine 
requirements, plan, and implement major product upgrades on both hardware and 
software. Design presentations to management concerning technical issues and 
upgrades</li> <li>Support monitoring systems that span the server 
infrastructure</li> <li>Provide Systems Maintenance request and test plans for 
cross platform projects. This includes making recommendations for 
standards</li> <li>Quickly spot trends and accurately predict future 
requirements on assigned platform</li> </ul> <p> <strong>BASIC 
REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, 
Computer Science, Business or equivalent relevant experience</li> <li>3-7 years 
of experience in supporting and designing Enterprise Microsoft Windows Server 
environments</li> <li>3+ years in VMWare supporting and designing Enterprise 
environments</li> <li>Strong Active Directory skills in troubleshooting and 
configuration</li> <li>Strong disaster recovers skills on Active Directory, 
Windows Servers, VMWare</li> <li>Highly motivated, self-starter, 
customer-centric, and the ability to work without supervision</li> 
<li>Demonstrates flexibility in responding to unexpected demands. Contributes 
willingly during emergencies and other necessary situations during and/or after 
regular work hours. This position requires night and weekend work along with 
on-call</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li> </ul>
