implementation</li> <li>Advise business on options, risks, and any impacts 
related to data conversion &amp; migration</li> <li>Design &amp; create ETL 
processes as needed to meet business requirements and ensure successful data 
migration for project implementation</li> <li>Perform Data Profiling, 
Assessment, and Data Cleansing as required to meet data migration goals</li> 
<li>Continually seek ways to improve the process of data conversion, migration, 
and integration from the legacy environment to a new system</li> <li>Share 
knowledge and create proper documentation related to the ETL &amp; data 
migration efforts • Provide quality formal and informal documentation 
consistent with documentation standards</li> <li>Close attention to detail to 
ensure integrity and quality of data migration</li> <li>Report progress to

<ul> <li>Required – Experience completing a previous data migration project for 
a new systems implementation</li> <li>Required - Proficiency with common data 
and/or ETL tools including SQL Developer, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Excel, 
and other equivalent ETL or data movement and extraction tools.</li> 
<li>Required - Intermediate knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL scripting, 
databases, data structures, and data types/formats</li> <li>Required - 
Experience defining data objects, models and data definitions for Financial 
business systems by mapping its various components as required for Data

<li>Preferred - some experience with Object Oriented Concepts, SOA, and Web

&amp; common practices</li> <li>Preferred - Experience with Oracle Fusion data 
loading using File Based Loader </li> <li>Preferred - Experience with Oracle
