This role will be serving as a Senior Messaging Engineer with both operations and design engineering responsibilities for the Windows Infrastructure environment, including an emphasis on Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016/O365, BOX, Lync/Skype, SharePoint, Mobile Technologies (AirWatch) MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to: This role will be serving as a Senior Unified Communications Messaging Expert with both operations and design engineering responsibilities for the Windows Infrastructure environment, including an emphasis on Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016/Online, IBM Domino, Mobile Technologies ( AIRWATCH,.) Work closely with both IT and business partners to design and implement solutions supporting business needs This person will be helping teams to design and implement critical business systems in tight alignment with strategic direction set by the company Ability to multi-task and manage operational day to day and project tasks responsibilities The ability to be self dependent and manage projects efficiently This role will be able to explain & justify design decisions to their IT peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions. This role is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex Microsoft Exchange, mail routing, mobility, and unified communication issues Skills providing root cause analysis, incident management, along with managing communication with clients / partners / Service team members Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with production lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines The senior expert will participate/contribute on project engagements, provide technical mentoring to team members, and actively participate in architecture reviews and strategic development activities Strong hands-on technical skills, an analytical problem-solving mindset, delivery focus and client-orientation are all critical for this role Thanks & Regards, Neha Gupta Team Lead Nityo Infotech Corp.
