Role : Program/Project Manager Location : Phoenix , AZ Duration: 12+ Months Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - • Proven collaboration and negotiation skills along with the ability to influence without authority • Prior experience leading large Agile framework projects and programs with proven experience in a leadership role • Strong track record of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously with a demonstrated skill and maturity with program management practices, including risk and change management • Practical experience in doing both written and verbal communication effectively to multiple levels within the organization • Analytical mind with ability to deal with ambiguous or undefined problems • Strategic and innovative mindset, with the desire to react quickly, think critically, challenge the status quo, create innovative solutions, and drive transformation • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years relevant Program/Project Management experience. Responsibilities :- Understanding Agile frameworks and coaching know how.
