Prepare and maintain code for various java applications and resolve any defects in systems. Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems. Administer change requests and provide estimation of all risks. Develop documents for various policies and procedures for applications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The new application must follow web security guidelines, browser compliance guidelines and IBM BPM best practices. Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis. Experience in Pre-sales, architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds Lead/participate in development of POC’s, prototypes, presentations to customers on IBM stack. Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects. Involved in inception/ strengthening of IBM BPM practice.
