reports for CPS and Foster Care and specify requirements for corresponding new 
Cognos 11 reports</li> <li>Prepare design documents for new reports and conduct 
reviews with business and BI development teams</li> <li>Assist with design and 
participate in implementation of suitable Framework Manager data models for 
Cognos 11 reporting</li> <li>Fully participate in DW and UAT testing of new 
reports resolving issues/concerns</li> <li>Create new reports in Cognos 11 
using Organizational Development data mart data</li> <li>Analyze new report 
requests /legacy system reports and specify requirements for corresponding new 
Cognos 11 reports</li> <li>Prepare design documents for new reports and conduct 
reviews with business and BI development teams</li> <li>Assist with design and 
participate in implementation of suitable Framework Manager data models for
