Capable to work directly with clients, understand business needs, derive testing strategy and front lead the ETL testing team at our client location. The individual should have leadership qualities to drive and coordinate offshore team on a daily basis. * *Technical Skills:* *1. Strong understanding on ETL concepts.* *2. Must have ETL testing experience in a Banking/Financial industry. * *3. Must have experience and knowledge on relational database concepts.* *4. Must be proficient in data warehouse concepts.* *5. Hands on testing experience in Big data and Hadoop technology. * *6. Strong knowledge on database query tools, ability to analyze, understand and write complex queries using AQT or similar data query tools. * *7. Should have experience in working on Oracle database, IBM DB2, SQL server. * *8. Must have SAP BI - Business Objects universe and reports testing experience. * *9. Must have experience in Tableau reports testing. * *10. Should have experience of testing/understanding Web Intelligence within SAP BI – BO. * *11. Knowledge on Datastage tool is a plus. * *12. Familiarity with ETL Automation technique is an added advantage.* *13. Knowledge on test process management tool - HP Quality Center is a must. * *14. Ability to define, plan and execute integrated systems testing. * *15. Proficient in defining, planning and presenting system test strategy for complex projects. * *16. Ability to manage test cycles and should be capable of analyzing defects to get to the root of the problem. * *17. Experienced in driving review meetings.* *18. Familiarity in Agile testing methodology is a plus.* *19. Ability to understand Business requirements and derive estimations and test strategy out of it.* *Interpersonal skills: * *1. Strong leadership skills.* *2. Ability to work independently. * *3. Good team player.* *4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * *5.
