Qualifications: - *Identity and Access Management (IAM): Proficient (2-5 yrs)* - *ForgeRock OpenAM: Basic (1-3 yrs) * - *OAUTH2 / OIDC protocols: Basic (1-3 yrs)* - *REST APIs: Basic (1-3 yrs)* - *Directory / LDAP: Basic (1-3 yrs)* - *Linux: Basic (1-3 yrs)* - *Devops: Basic (1-3 yrs*) Responsibilities: - Manages IAM technical team handoff and coordinates with offshore support regarding incidents, system maintenance and projects. - Ability to answer a range of questions from developers on common IAM functions and coordinate functional training as needed. - Provides security administration to the Access Management tool which manages authorization and authentication within the program ecosystem. - Performs troubleshooting of failed API requests to the Access Management system to resolve authentication related issues. - Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and application problems. Therefore, experience with infrastructure security, LDAP and Linux are important. - Support the development of identity and access specifications, standards, and processes to ensure adequate protection of company information resources. - Responsible for working with Information Systems and development teams to properly administer access. - Manages access to designated services and applications supported by Information Systems. - Contribute to the improvement of processes and training materials for Identity and Access Management team members. - Works with business and technology teams to develop roles and enable authorization and authentication.
