Siebel Production Support Analyst - Data / Integration / CTI support /
•Siebel 7.7 / 7.8 Certification (optional)
•Siebel configuration experience. Experience in Siebel Call Center working
with Siebel Service Request module is preferred.
•These positions also require support for Siebel Analytics production
environment. Individual needs to have working knowledge and production
support experience with Siebel analytics deployments.
•Configuration and deployment experience on three or more Siebel 7.8
•Siebel 7 scripting (eScript) experience and Siebel EAI configuration
•Enterprise Integration Management experience (end to end troubleshooting)
•Fluency in using Siebel Tools.
•Siebel Workflow (troubleshooting end to end workflow, logging, etc.)
•Experience in software implementation methodology and Enterprise
Application Integration along with a working knowledge of database
administration basics, schemas and objects.
•Should have worked on major Siebel development and enhancement project.
•Experience in Siebel Actuate Reports creation
•Ability to work well with others in a group
•Knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, functions.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Experience supporting Siebel production environment for approximately 1000
users across the globe.
•Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development,
troubleshooting, and other technical efforts.
