This will not be the main skillset of any candidate- it will be a tool they use. Vastera is an Electronic Trade Compliance Product that determines distribution restrictions when sending products to certain foreign countries. It compiles a list of equipment allowed in the country and Homeland Security keeps the rules for the software updated.
