*Role:Senior Project Manager*

*Location:Mountain View, CA*

*Duration:6+ Months***

This position will fill the role of IT Project Manager and will cover the
following responsibilities:
 Develops and maintain a detailed project schedule with input from the
project team
 Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet
changing needs and requirements.
 Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project
 Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
 Ensures adequate and timely completion of project tasks
 Resolve conflicts quickly and amicably at project level
 Resolve cross-functional issues at project level
 Manage project forecast
 Facilitates IT and Business project meetings, documents and sends out
timely meeting minutes with team actions items
Ensures project control and adherence to established practice methodology,
 project standards clients policies
 Monitors project scope and change control and escalate when necessary
 Records and monitors project risks and associated mitigation strategies
 Records and manages project issues and escalating when necessary
 Submits Weekly Project Status Report in online status reporting tool
 Ensures the project repository has the most current project documentation
versions will provide

*2. Special Skillset*
    Located in Mountain View California since most of the development
    team is also located in Mt View
    Familiar with Oracle databases
    Infrastructure and data transfer (ETL) projects

*3.Customer Data Issues*
     As a result, we are faced with the following issues:
     Inability to make accurate business decisions due to:
     Inconsistent (or non-consistent) roll-up hierarchies as data is not
     standardized, validated and enriched;
     Lack of a common, consolidated view of Customers and Partners as data
     is captured in disparate systems;
     Ineffective data integration leading to inability to provide
     consistent and accurate responses to inquiries easily:
     Customer data solutions handled in functional silos;
     Inadequate and inconsistent data hygiene, corrections and
     reconciliation processes;
     Inability to reconcile multiple customer records across several
     systems and maintain a historic profile;
     Inability to consolidate and append (enrich) customer data across
     several systems.
     Inability to accurately identify and measure key customer
     relationships as a result of:
     Unable to identify our most profitable customers;
     Unable to assign Sales and Service resources efficiently;
     Unable to evaluate Sales effectiveness in an efficient manner;
      Labor intensive processes  manual cleansing, de-duping, merging, etc
      to consolidate records.  Areas of impact include, but are not limited
      Lead Management and Order Tracking
      Sales Rep crediting and assignment
      Renewals Management
      Financial and Managerial reporting
