Position : Oracle HR Functional Consultant Position Type: Contract Duration: 1 year Location: Malvern, PA The consultant will be responsible for converting the current Oracle HR environment from 11i to R12. Will be involved in the "fit gap" of the Oracle 11i HR environment and R12 Will be responsible for suggestions and what would need to be done to have the environment migrate to R12 and ways to fit exisitng manuel or custom processes into functionality that is now provided in R12 This person is more functional than technical.
