General skills required: Business Systems Analysis skills. Business facilitation skills. Process mapping and knowledge. Ability to drive user requirements. Ability to communicate to leaders regarding issues and status. Domain expertise required: Experience leading implementations or supporting portfolio accounting platform conversions Experience with processes associated with portfolio recordkeeping include account open, reconciliation, fee billing, asset maint., pricing and performance measurement Experience with Fiserv’s GIM platform or similar tools.
