Title: Oracle Finicial Analyst Location: Lowell, MA Duration:3+months Skills: Working knowledge of standard financial business processes and/or system procedures and working knowledge of testing procedures and concepts are required. We expect a good understanding of PL SQL (experience in using TOAD Tool would be a plus); Expert knowledge in Oracle Projects, Oracle Costing and Billing ,Oracle Workflow setup; Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written), interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to handle multiple priorities; Ability to work under pressure and to cope with a high work load. Experience with the support of and possessing a high knowledge of Oracle Financials especially in GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, PO and PA (all Oracle standard PA modules) on Oracle Version 11i, and Oracle 12 and Hyperion experience would be a plus. Description: Provide maintenance and support services for systems of the Corporation, including participating in the resolution of issue tickets and change requests. Analyze system problems and recommend solutions with minimal assistance. Participate in integration, implementation, software updates, bug fixes, change requests and application support activities for assigned systems. Ensure that system documentation is complete and in accordance with IT and Corporate policy and guidelines. Provide maintenance and support services for at least one major system of the Corporation, including primary responsibility for the resolution of trouble tickets and user change requests. Analyze complex business and operational system requirements, and recommend solution options. Prepare project work and resources plans and deliver regular status reports. Utilize meaningful metrics to ensure support performance and customer satisfaction.
