Experience with change management software and processes to report and
resolve issues.

Knowledge of system administration system utilities to identify and correct
system in efficiencies.

Knowledge of Java Virtual machine Tuning

Experience in performing system maintenance, OS patches and upgrade.

Working in 24X7 on call pager rotation environment

Possess good oral and written communication.

Possess good technical and process documentation skills

Knowledge of automation concept of deployment processes procedures.

Knowledge and experience in installation and configuration of WebSphere and
application and portal software

Knowledge and ability to install, setup and configure web servers in a
distributed and load balanced topology.

application and portal servers.

Ability to configure and utilize system monitoring software such Hobbit and
I3 for the purpose of identifying and correcting server software
inefficiencies.

Ability and knowledge to create, analyze and troubleshoot scripting
languages such as Perl, JavaScript and Jython

Experience with WebSphere installation and configuration Automation
framework (WICA) to deploy portal clustered environments
