Position:Business Analyst (RMS ) Location:Miami, FL Duration:8+Months Complete Job description Industry knowledge: · The project is for a Fast Food and Quick Service Restaurant chain · The scope of project is POS systems and RMS - Labor, Inventory, Scheduling, Reporting Job Description: · The role of the Business Analyst (BA) is to work with the Project Manager as well as Client to define and confirm requirements and create and maintain Specification Documents for all functional components and applications. · The SME will be also be devising Training Strategy for revamping the POS systems and training the district managers across the country. · Will identify component re-use, create use cases, document business requirements, and identify risk. When documenting components the BA must work with developers to create Technical and Functional Specifications and to assure that the documentation is enhanced and updated as the development progresses. · Advance the Specification documentation process; Develop specification templates and standards · Lead sessions with business users to arrive at Gap Analyses for changes in process and the impact therein · Work directly with RCG Project Manager, Client Managers, and Business Sponsors to develop business rules and project requirements · Assist in the assembly, review and confirmation of project assets · Has expertise in Requirements Management, e.g. Traceability Matrices, etc. Any SICOM experience...a major plus. Qualifications/ Location · Experience in Business Analysis and tools The key here is the RMS experience (someone who worked at Fast Food Chains like Mc Donald's etc would be an excellent fit).
