Position:Business Analyst With *Star Compliance experience*
Defines business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and
interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving
Participates in business analysis project planning and management by
documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project
Analyzes current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes.
May also oversee the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject

Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking

formal functional specifications.

The Ethics Office Technical Analyst is responsible for development of
reports utilized by the Business-Aligned Compliance Teams, administering the
StarCompliance application, generating compliance reports, and supporting
the Business-Aligned Compliance Teams with administrative functions.
In addition, the role will include the developing and maintaining policies
and procedures regarding the systems utilized by the Ethics Office. Position
The Ethics Office Technical Analyst will be working in the Ethics Office
within the Corporate Compliance department focusing on technology and
reporting responsibilities, consisting of the following:
Develop and maintain databases and reporting utilized by the Ethics Office
to administer programs.
Develop and maintain mastery of the StarCompliance platform including, but
not limited to modules covering: personal securities trading, gifts and
entertainment, outside business activities, political contributions, and
Tasks include, but are not limited to: initiating and editing transactions;
building and testing forms, workflows, and rule sets; perform user
acceptance testing; managing user groups; and producing reports
Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures and other
necessary documentation related to Star Compliance.
Manger user account controls and policies and procedures as they relate to
StarComplianceand PeopleSoft data analytics.
Troubleshoot technical issues, answer system questions, and provide
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business-aligned compliance
teams and the vendor
Experience with a SDLC methodology (either RUP or Agile)
Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Prior
experience working with Oracle-based applications
4+ years related experience, including implementing third-party software
Must have excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Eagerness to learn new applications and compliance methodologies
Willingness to be a team player and provide support where needed • Strong
analytical, written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Good relationship management skills
Detail and deadline oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent understanding of the security of confidential and proprietary
