The candidate should have extensive design experience working with PeopleSoft interfaces and should be familiar with core HR, Payroll, GL tables/ functionality v 8.9, 9.0. Candidate must have good communication and documentation skills. Provide functional support of applications, working directly with clients in managing their requests, and translating functional requirements to technical specifications through hands-on analysis. • Successfully utilize prior experience in applying methodology and best practices. Use standard techniques to elicit and document business requirements and effectively identify process inefficiencies and make suggestions for modifications. • Proactively identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunities. Make recommendations for potential process and/or system changes.
