SUMMARY: Senior Software Engineer A Senior Software Engineer provides business solutions by developing complex software applications. They demonstrate a solid understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed. They work well within a team environment, and across multiple teams. They establish trusted relationships with peers and management. They provide technical direction and also comply with defined standards and technologies. They look for continuous improvement opportunities as well as use their experience and competencies to deliver high-quality results on all tasks and initiatives.
