Offers will be rolled only in Jan 2014 Required skills. • Need 4 – 8 years of experience working as Technical Recruiter for US Markets. • Candidates with proven track record. • Have complete knowledge of US IT Recruitment industry, with regards to Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Full-Time job positions. • Thorough knowledge of various “Visa types” and “Tax Terms” • Willing to work in night shift. • Must have excellent communication skills both Written & oral, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Sourcing / Searching qualified candidates to man the requirements, from Direct Clients Internal & External Searches, using Job Portals, Networking Sites and ATS etc. • Managing and developing a Candidate Database of various skill-sets. Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates. • Efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present valid resumes to the Account Managers. • Follow-up with candidates till joining. • Good understanding of various technologies. • Pleasing attitude and good team player.
