Job Description :
Ø Support and partner with Marketing Operations Manager in enhancing a
database system to capture labor hours, metrics, reporting and strategic
Ø Experience in managing and hands-on design, develop and deployment of system
enhancements is essential.
Ø Ability to provide creative solutions and flexibility to work w/in an
database system is required.
Qualifications – ability to:
Ø Gather requirements and documentation
Ø Perform business analysis
Ø Design processes and documentation
Ø Manage Project: project plan, milestones, action items, scheduling, etc.
Ø Co-facilitate & independently facilitate workgroup solutioning sessions
Ø Quickly learn existing database and execute queries (FMPro experience a
Ø Develop wireframes
Ø Develop Training curriculum
Ø Update operations documentation
Ø Capturing metrics and building reports
Ø Ability to work cross functionally and independently
