o Experience troubleshooting is a plus in the following: network issues,
memory leaks, capacity issues, CPU utilization.
o Experience leveraging scripting languages for productivity
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Excellent Customer Service Skills
o Basic understanding of web-based applications
o Ability to perform in demanding multi-tasking environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent
