The description is a little long. Please focus on the *3 main items the
candidate must have*:

1. 5+ years with Siebel Administration. Minimum experience with version 8+.
Specifically using 8.0.0.13 here.

2. 1+ years of Salesforce Administration

3. This is a transition from Siebel to Salesforce. Needs at least 1 full
transition under their belt.

onster is seeking a talented CRM Administration Professional with 5+ Years
of Siebel System Administration experience and 1+ years of full-time
Salesforce administrator experience to assist our transition from our
current Siebel 8 CRM Platform to our new implementation of Salesforce CRM.

This position requires a highly motivated and multifaceted individual with
strong Windows and Dot Net experience that will to contribute to and be
part of a proactive, responsive and customer focused Global Technology
Services group. Individual must possess fine analytic and problem-solving
skills to utilize in both production application support role as well as
release engineering tasks. Role will require individual to think fast,
follow directions, and disseminate large amounts of information while
upholding critical operations systems.

*Essential Functions:*

·         Responsible for identifying and troubleshoots Siebel CRM Platform
Production and non-Production issues.

·         Monitors overall performance, usage, status and health of the
Monster Siebel CRM and dotNET Windows Service and dotNET Web Service
application Platforms including processing routines, hardware use and use
of database management techniques.

·         Act as a Salesforce Systems Administrator and be part of our
support and implementation team to deploy our company’s Force.com
application.

·         Engages in performance/integration testing, problem analysis,
business and technical analysis.

·         Analyzes, acquires, installs, modifies and supports Siebel CRM
System related software and tools.

·         Writes scripts and programs to mine data from system logs to
assist in troubleshooting.

·         Prepares and conducts system and programming tests requiring
interfacing of hardware and software.

·         Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate
processes for Siebel CRM and Dot Net software product release.

·         Writes Implementation Plans for the deployment of products such
as the quarterly releases of Monster’s CRM Platform and eSend product.

·         Writes installation scripts and programs for installation of
products.

·         Modifies, maintains and updates Siebel CRM related software as
well as other CRM Related Dot Net software as needed.

·         Maintains and upgrades internal computer software systems used
for designing, developing and testing CRM products.

·         Controls server user access and passwords.

·         Develops and reviews operator and control instructions.

·         Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve
the reliability and performance of the system.
