The Advisor in this position will be looked upon as a mentor and leader within the department and throughout the organization and may be asked to lead projects as needed · Understand various CareCore data sources and how each relates in order to support client and management reporting/analysis requirements · Provide support on projects designed to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care · Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis · Assist others in their use, manipulation, and understanding of CareCore National’s data · Constantly seek out opportunities to implement technological and process improvements in order to provide more efficient and accurate reporting.
