Essential Functions:

The overall responsibilities of this position include defining the technical 
requirements, conducting detailed analysis for Benefit Interfaces. 

In this role, you will act as a liaison to global HR organization to define 
solutions, elaborate requirements and craft functional designs. You will lead 
efforts to define and shape technical solutions while continuing to innovate 
and maintain commitment to excellence. Partner with multiple business units 
to provide project leadership, application-specific subject matter expertise, 
and technical insight and impact assessments as they relate to Monster's 
operations. You will have ownership for defining technology-related issues, 
act as a key point of contact for ongoing initiatives, and coordinate with 
the Project Manager to provide seamless service to the business community.



Key Responsibilities: 

Ø  Works cross-functionally to develop solutions to integrate IT and business 
process changes to support strategic business needs

Ø  Develops business needs analysis to provide justification for changes and 
communicates efficiently the business requirements to the technical team and 
senior management

Ø  Writes Technical design, PL/SQL packages, use cases and technical 
for new applications or modifications to existing applications

Ø  Facilitate communication between business users and IT, including developers 
to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications

Ø  Analyze program changes and participate in technical troubleshooting, and 
implement technical solutions; develop project management related documentation 
used for development; and document Business Requirements and participate in 
User Acceptance Testing 




Ø  4+ years implementation experience with Oracle HRMS suite with mandatory 

Ø  Must have excellent communication skills and author business requirement 
and functional specification documents

Ø  Knowledge of statutory regulations & compensation design

Ø  Demonstrated self-direction skills and strong business relationship skills.

Ø  A track record of success in help solving significant technology-related 
business problem within a global setting

Ø  Basic SQL & Oracle Workflow knowledge preferred

Ø  Must understand systems analysis techniques and have demonstrated experience 
in applying them in practice

Ø  Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

Ø  XML Publisher is desired

Ø  Oracle Functional and user administration experience with supporting focused 
around Finance and HR operations is required

Ø  Experience with SDLC or Oracle Application Implementation Methodology

Ø  SQL, PL/SQL programming skills are a plus

Ø  Strong writing and documentation skills are required

Ø  Working experience in complex IT support /operational environments in 
aspects of design, analysis, testing and ongoing support for their Oracle 

Ø  Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

Ø  Ability to work in a team environment

Ø  Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication
