*Job Description/Responsibilities: *

****Manager is NOT looking for candidates with 10+ years working

   - As a Business Systems Analyst working with client’s Advanced Routing
   and Contact Center (ARCC) team, you’ll provide project leadership, business
   judgment, and analytical insight to support strategic and tactical
   initiatives globally.
   - You have a hunger to drive strategic and operational innovation based
   on analytical insight and the ability to get things done. You persuasively
   communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives and drive
   implementation, while facilitating communication between highly technical
   engineering staff and business stakeholders.
   - You will serve as product engineering’s interface to the business,
   providing technical platform knowledge, an understanding of the business
   objectives and how the two interrelate.
   - This includes providing technical solution alternatives, drafting
   business and system level requirements and capturing high level assessments
   during conceptual approach discussions.
   - You will be working for the team that is responsible delivery of
   Advanced Routing and Contact Center (ARCC) network-based product
   infrastructure and application development on both VoIP and traditional
   switched voice networks.
   - Projects may include operating system upgrades, feature enhancements
   customer implementations and others.

*Qualifications: *

‒ A creative, self-starter who possess excellent analytical and critical
thinking skills, and who has a strong sense of focus, organization,
meticulous attention to technical and organizational detail and proven
ability to deliver outstanding results in a timely manner

‒ Ability to serve as a communications conduit between highly technical
engineering staff and business stakeholders by building positive
relationships and trust through strong on-time delivery of projects and
high quality work

‒ Experience in managing and driving suppliers and vendors in projects,
including requirements definition, progress tracking and reporting as well
as solution acceptance

‒ Facilitates meetings across product stakeholders to determine business
requirements for new products, feature enhancement and infrastructure
initiatives and translates these requirements into functional
specifications and a detailed systems requirements that feeds into detailed
design definition.

‒ Elicits, analyzes, specifies, develops and validates the business need,
objective and benefit of every project and is responsible for documenting
and communicating this information to Management.

- Supports strategic decisions and drives product vision through the
collection, analysis, interpretation and communication of information to
key decision-makers.

‒ Solid understanding of one or more of the following areas: VoIP, Contact
Center, Toll Free, IVR, CTI, Linux, IP Communications, Telecommunications

‒ Ability to deal with fast pace work environment often having to change

‒ manager is only looking for 5 years total work experience, 3 of those
years need to be with business analysis or systems analysis experience.
