*Job Description:*

·         10+ years experienced in project/program management with good
understanding of systems and day to day production support.
·         Guide the team in execution of day to day support functions
·         Define and initiate continuous performance improvement of support
·         Work with leadership team to bridge the gap between management
and support staff. Provide management with reports, presentations as
·         Work with management to come up with customer service strategies
and implement them.
·         Create a culture of exceptional customer service.
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·         Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all
levels, including senior executive levels.
·         Leadership qualities, including negotiation, presentation,
meeting facilitation, and ability to influence
·         Manage the team by arranging adequate training and managing their
career enhancement goals.
·         Responsible for overall team performance.
·         ITIL/Six Sigma/PMP certification preferred
·         Excellent work experience with incident management, change
management and problem management
